Ford? Super Duty F350-F550 "Diesel Only" Pickup 40 gallon tank to replace 6 bolt sending unit hole, not the lock ring style. Does not include sending unit gasket, but includes 6 new bolts and thread sealer. Because of the gasket location on this tank, thread sealant must be used on all 6 bolts. Sending unit hole approximately 4 ?".

Installing the Valve:

1. Remove 6 bolts and metal ring

2. Install Valve (no twist lock required)


3. Place metal ring on top of the valve's plastic flange


4. Install 6 bolts by starting 3 bolts in a star pattern (same pattern as putting a tire on a vehicle) and then the other 3 bolts


5. Secure bolts so metal flange is flat on tank(as pictured)
